Terms and Conditions

  • This agreement will remain in effect for as long as the payments are received in a timely manner. This agreement will automatically re-new each year and is subject to the terms of this membership.
  • ENVIROSAFE reserves the right to increase the membership price and agrees to inform the member 60 days before doing so.
  • ENVIROSAFE AND/OR THE MEMBER reserves the right to cancel this contract. A letter of intent to cancel must be delivered to the other party 60 days prior to it taking effect. All payments made prior to the effective date are non-refundable.
  • ENVIROSAFE is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages caused directly or indirectly in the use of this equipment. Nor is EnviroSafe responsible for unknown and or unforeseeable factors.
  • A 2% late fee will be assessed to all invoices more than 30 days late (based on the invoice date). Failure to remit timely payments will result in collection proceedings with all costs charged to the member.
  • If the member account is delinquent all benefits of this contract will be suspended until the account is current.
  • This agreement is legally binding unless superseded by state or local government laws. Any other agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties involved.
  • ENVIROSAFE has the right to refuse service, warranty or guarantee to a delinquent account.
  • This Maintenance Agreement is designed to minimize breakdown and harmful deterioration caused by lack of preventive measures. It will not eliminate breakdowns nor does it guarantee equipment failure will not occur for any amount of time.
  • Breakdowns caused by normal wear, negligence, misuse, excessive loads placed on the equipment, repair and or adjustment made by other personnel not associated with ENVIROSAFE, will be repaired, and charged at our prevailing service rates. (Silver & Gold memberships receive a 10% discount on repairs)
  • HVAC– Certain manufacturers require filters to be changed or cleaned on a monthly basis. (It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that maintenance procedures are followed during the month (s) that regular professional maintenance is not performed by ENVIROSAFE). 
  • Water Treatment– Softeners require salt to be added to the brine tank every 1 to 3 months. Whole house sediment filter canisters should be changed every 1-3 months. (It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that maintenance procedures are followed during the month (s) that regular professional maintenance is not performed by ENVIROSAFE).
